Most publishing companies are registered with the PROs: ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC. Behny Entertainment, Arts, & Media is NOT registered with any PRO at the present moment. We have elected to cut out the middlemen by licensing the performance of our music ourselves. That means the only way to legally perform music published by BEAM is to license it directly from us. Terms and Conditions

-In every circumstance, every performer will need legally obtained paper copies of the work(s) to be performed.
-Fill out the form for this listing at checkout to give us details including, songs selected from our catalog, overall concert program, venue(s), maximum venue size(s), anticipated audience size(s), date(s)/time(s), notable performers, et cetera…
-Our reckoning of royalties is based the lower value of either a flat percentage of box office receipts or a fixed percentage of box office receipts divided by the number of BEAM titles against the total of songs performed.
-We will follow up after your concert to confirm your previously provided details, administer an invoice, and maybe ask how it went.

Alternatively, it is also an option to message us on our contacts page with all the requested details and to pay the up-front fee via invoice.
